
A/S Bevola will take back or exchange delivered goods within 30 days if they are part of our normal assortment.
The goods must be undamaged at receipt and only as agreed with the sales department. A copy of the delivery note/invoice must be enclosed and the goods must be sent post-paid to A/S Bevola.
A/S Bevola charges a return fee of 10 per cent of the nominal value of the goods, but not less than DDK 100.-.
A/S Bevola does not take back purpose-made goods as these are not part of our normal assortment.
Terms of payment are invoice month + 20 days. If these terms are not met, accrued interest will automatically be added and a reminder fee will be charged.
