Complaint

Examine the product

  • Buyer must examine the product on receipt and possible complaints must be made to Buyer without delay and no later than 10 days after receipt of the product. The product at issue may only be employed as agreed with Seller.
  • Complaints do not entitle to termination, compensation or pro rata reductions or withholding of payment for the product.
  • Regardless of whether possible defects can be attributed to us, our responsibility only covers remediation of possible defects or replacement delivery without charge. We are only liable for defects which can clearly be traced back to our supply. We are not liable for costs related to the manifestation of the defect, possible dismantling, consignment or re-installation. These are the responsibility of the Buyer. We are also not liable for operating losses, time loss, loss of profits or any orther sorts of indirect losses.
  • We emphasize that our obligation to remediation of defects or replacement deliveries do not cover:
  • Damage arising during transport when transport is not handled by us.
  • Damage caused by misapplication.
  • Damage caused by wrong use.
  • Damage caused by unusual operating conditions.
  • If a product is returned due to complaint, the complaint form must be completed and enclosed.

Product liability

  • Seller is only liable for personal injuries if it can be proved that the injury was caused by errors and omissions on the part of the Seller or others for whom he is responsible.
  • Seller is not liable for damage to property or goods.
  • Seller is not liable for operating loss, loss of earnings or any other indirect loss.
