During the financial crisis, A/S Bevola has improved production with new machinery which enables us to offer customers even greater possibilities.
New machinery
A/S Bevola has invested in the following machinery:
- Laser cutter 4 KW
- Shears
- Rollers
- Turret puncher
- 2 press brakes
- Robot welder
- CNC-controlled veneer saw
- Veneer miller
In addition, we have alu-saws, welding units, assembly tables, hoisting equipment and various sorts of tools.
Many possibilities
For this reason, we are able to offer our customers an even wider platform and more special products which are tailored to individual needs. Thus, we have managed to increase efficiency within A/S Bevola, through more efficient logistics, increased turnover and utilization of our facilities. Despite an increase in prices on the world market, we can now maintain a range of prices. We are also able to develop new prototypes for new products.
Tool boxes
A significant item at A/S Bevola is the production of tool boxes in stainless steel and aluminium. The boxes have always been a product supplied by subsuppliers, but we have decided to handle this production ourselves in the future. This has meant an investment in a robot welder for the welding of standard boxes. A/S Bevola now holds the largest and widest assortment of tool boxes and we are able to deliver all our boxes as either standard or according to individual measurements. We produce tool boxes in aluminium, steel, veneer and sandwich. We are the supplier of tool boxes directly to Volvo.
Production as a sales parameter
Our productions is one of the things that makes A/S Bevola the best partner for our customers and it is instrumental in giving us a unique platform that differentiates us from our competitors. A/S Bevola has three product categories: 1) our own products which are produced by subsuppliers all over the world, 2) some of the best agencies and 3) our own production where we produce special-purpose solutions, small batch sizes and products with short delivery time. The production is worth a visit and it often happens that customers form a completely different picture of A/S Bevola and begin to see the possibilities.
